CALL FOR PAPERS
The conference will especially focus on presentations that address the key segments for implementing eGovernment and eGovernance including the implementation experience, best practices, and case studies. Contributions will be evaluated on their originality, clarity and relevance. Both submissions from all scientific areas and from people with practical experience in industry or government are welcome.
Individual Submissions
All researchers, practitioners and academics across the globe are welcome to submit an abstract in the field of eGovernment and eGovernance.
Call for Organizing Special Sessions
Researchers, practitioners and all other interested persons are welcome to submit a proposal to organize a special session on eGovernment and eGovernance. Each special session will have at least 4 paper. The session chairs will be responsible for all aspects of their sessions; including, soliciting papers, reviewing, selecting, etc.
Proposals to organize a special session should include the following information: name and address, e-mail, title of session, an about 50-100 word description of the topic of the session. Usually, session proposers solicit papers from colleagues and researchers whose work is known to the session proposer. Session organizers are expected to send all abstracts to the following e-mail address:

Both flight and accommodation spending will be covered by the Conference Organizers and the registration fee of the session organizer will be waived if at least 4 authors of invited papers register at the conference.
